Storm Ciara was an insane storm!
And it literally submerged a town in Brittany in sea foam!
Last week, Storm Ciara severely impacted Europe, killing at least 6 and setting several wind records across the Old Continent. The extreme weather even helped to beat a transatlantic record. While, the next storm is ready to hit, the port of Saint-Gwenole in Brittany was submerged by sea foam.
